You don't need to base my judgment off of my avatar and sig to know whose reflexes I think are superio. Just look at the poll and all those other nb opinion, not like im the only one. It's just common sense.

And I wish for no hostility, of course everyone have different opinion. Although poll is unanimous, which cannot be coincidence, so I guess minato is overall just faster than Tobirama. Until prove otherwise i guess.

@T Bogard, I'm quite fan of yours, like you posts and threads. You make good points.

I personally beleive Tobirama has shown better feats. However that not mean minato is worse I think. Like some say, minato faces more powerful and faster foes. And some different scenarios cannot fairly use to compare the two.
