When I say Kekkei Genkai, I mean solely the ones that require two seperate nature transformations combining together ex: Gale style, Lava Style, Boil Style

The reason I think this is because Sharingan originates from the Rinnegan. The Sharingan, while being inferior can copy all basic ninjutsu. I assume from that the Rinnegan also has the ability to copy ninjutsu but thanks to the fact that the user has access to all 5 nature transformations upon awakening; that and the assumed superior copying power of the Rinnegan the user could probably copy Kekkei Genkai.

you can learn it, but not copy it

Kekkei Genkai is genetically passed down from generation to generation. An ordinary person cannot learn it despite having the nature affinity.

What supports that the Rinnegan possess the ability access or copy Kekkei Genkai?

Tsuchikage wasn't born with jinton though he was taught it and it's a KKT higher than a KKG.

The rinnegan can't copy kekkei genkai. It would be pointless for kishi to give naruto multiple nature transformations, only to have sasuke copy them. That would be as bad as sasuke copying FRS.

Sasuke would never copy something from Naruto tho.

Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Touta are different. Kekkei Genkai are passed down genetically and Kekkei Touta are not genetically passed down.

Kinda true but if someone know all 5 elements they can potentially make their own KKG that isn't seen yet well theoretically speaking

I have always wondered this question myself. If the rinnegan allows the user to be able to master all 5 nature elements then is it not possible for them to master something like wood style which is just a combination of water and earth style? In all honesty I think we really can't say since there have been very few rinnegan users in the series.

You assumption is wrong, and the user doesn't unlock the 5 elements upon awakening the Rinnegan.
