Orochimaru? He has Kakashi spooked. He also known worldwide. For being extremely powerful.

Madara? This nikkahs name alone started a war and had the five great nations spooked. Everyone knows him for sure.

Minato? This nikkahs name alone ended a war, no one wanted to fight against him. He has Bee spooked. Even Madara was spooked of him. Flee on sight orders given to enemies should he appear. He had Black Zetsu/Kaguya spooked also.

Kakashi? This nikkah had many people spooked. Nagato was spooked of him. He famous for soloing people.

Prime Hiruzen? He had Hanzo so spooked that he spared the Sannin so he would not face Hiruzens wrath.
