the single area / subject is the enemy. for those say its not fast, its fast enough to catch oro without him being able to react until after he was stabbed.

Totsuka Blitz is real. Unfortunately, the only people he Totsuka blitzed were fodders. Orochimaru has always been a fodder. Only edo tensei is his non-fodder move, and that's using others. Nagato is fodder if he doesn't use 6POP.
