Whose reflexes and reactions are better?

I read interesting argument for both characters in the verses thread yesterday for the two characters. Yes I understand one is faster than the other , but does speed also equate to reflex too?

I myself is not knowing which of them has better reactions, because both show good ability. Instead of replying to tat threa, I decide to find out nb opinion to see who has most logical reason. I understand different people will have different opinion', so I actually want to see some fact and manga proof.

I will also add poll, so please vote. My English is not perfect so pls patience with me.

No, that was Rinbo - which can't be sensed.

He dodged all of Madara's physical efforts and didn't get swiped by Juubito either, unlike Minato. There's also the bomb feat, where he made Minato look like a vegetable.

That isn't a good representation of who's faster cos he did the same to minato (with senjutsu enhanced speed). Madara is the solo God and he even soloed Hashirama and a bunch of other ninja

Those were two different Madara's. The one Tobirama faced was much weaker (weaker than Juubito). The one minato faced also had sage mode and stronger than Juubito.
