I'm curious on how fast a Bijudama is.
Fast and unavoidable
Or slow and extremely avoidable
Or can be avoided with a specific level of speed.

Faster than Amaterasu, and it depends on the distance.

there a re three thinsg when talking about a tailed beast bomb

1 - the attack itself is fast and the ball is shot with considerable speed , dont forget the size of the ball which accounts for quite some distance and added to that the travelling speed

2 - the initial blast (i.e epicentre is quite big ex - rasenshuriken epicentre shown in the pain arc when one of the pains got stuck in the middle

3 - the last thing is the range of the blast which is quite big

so talking about avoiding the beast ball

- first he/she has to move out of the way of the inital blast epicentre ( or initial blast range) and then he/she has to keep going inorder to completely avoid the blast

the alternate way is for shinobi with large scale justu to try to redirect the trajectory
ex - hashirama , naruto firing a tbb to the under side of oncoming tbb ,
