Then you haven't been paying attention, because that happened. Sasuke has also shown that they can activate or deactivate only 1 eye at a time in the Kage Summit arc

Either way it's an error, but it's kinda funny to see some people whine about something that was on screen for 0.2 seconds. 99% of these people didn't even notice that until someone pointed it out.

lol this episode had good animation style but they've got some stuff COMPLETELY wrong. I felt like the Hokages and Sasuke's return was completely underwhelming compared to manga. The manga's was shocking while the anime's felt... idk mediocre?
