iphone 4 (A1332/gsm model) ios 7 - Hactivation

Anyways i have an iphone 4, i dont think a back-story needs to be said, but i need help hacktivating said phone.
Any valid help is welcome.

What do you mean by "hack-tivation"? No such thing. If you mean activation then you have to have a service provider. Only "hack-tivation" you can do is hacking. Good luck with that.

You can use of wi-fi or wireless connection and download apps that enable you to access devices on you phone such as Calling, Internet, and Messages.

You have to the internet at your knowledge. Research. And tbh, I didn't know. Crazy thing is I have an iphone 4 or 4s, one of them.

Dont know if this is right but you can use a GPP sim to Hacktivate it. I'm using that to run T-Mobile on a Verizon iPhone 4S =D

Lol, actually, my sister found the phone and it already had that gpp sim card, but it was "noobly" updated to ios 7 (dont really know what firmware version though...), but it doesn't seem to be doing anything, however, i now know what that is called and it was very helpful! =D:flowers
