I like your team's style so far, I'd recommend ampharos over electrobuzz, but it's really up to you mate .

Gengar, Typhlosion, and Heracross are a great start. You have coverage for Grass, Ghost, Psychic, Rock, Steel, and Dark. I would definitely try to find a water pokemon. You've got plenty of options, it's the biggest archetype in the game after all. Ampharos is a super generic electric type for a Johto play through, but it has decent strength and bulk so I'd choose it over Electabuzz. Last slot is up to you.
