Only feats kid Tobirama has is using a sword and sensing.

If is is pre MS Obito, then I assume we mean 2 tomoe Obito. If it's 2 tomoe Obito, well then he showed quite a out of skill fighting that rock Jonin along side Kakashi, he even killed a rock Jonin as well. And he can use the fireball jutsu, so he's not featless.

Considering Kid Tobirama could only match kid Izuna who didn't even have 1 tomoe, then it place my bets on Obito. If it's Obito without 2 tomoe then maybe tobirsma, although I'm still included to say Obito.
