I'm pretty sure Croc. has CoA (hinted @ MF). So I don't think pica can win.

Since Pica hasn't shown haki and you say no assumptions (even if the assumptions are sensible like a former warlord and arguably the strongest crewmate of one of the stronger warlords possessing haki in the new world), that automatically makes Crocodile the winner. With luck and Nico Robin helping him out? Please, Pica's stone is rendered useless. He comes in for a punch or sword attack, Croco will dry him up and it'll be easy pickings. And what speed feats does Pica have outside of his stone?

Robin only helped for the poison. Luffy was faster than him in alabasta and became faster and faster after time, fighting faster and faster opponents. The level of speed and power of opponents are in total different league. Give haki or water to Dellinger for example and he solos Croc zero difficulty

The hell does any of that have to do with Pica? Fact? He hasn't shown Haki. Fact? His stone powers are useless against Croc. Fact? Croc took a hit from a man capable of lifting millions of tons clad in the world's hardest material laced with an ability that can make your blows harder. Fact? Pica can't hurt Croc. Fact? Pica's stone means he has to get close. Fact? Getting close means Croc can dry him up with Barchan. Croc clashed with Doflamingo, if he was lacking in speed, Doflamingo would have been able to effortlessly hit him.

Sables is the move that sent Doffy and Jozu flying.

I don't know what manga you've been reading but the fact that Sables "sent them flying" doesn't mean jack shit. DD and Jozu both came out of it without any injuries. DD didn't even get caught in it and Jozu only got caught because DD had him on parasite.

Crocodile wasn't fighting on par with DD and Jozu, more like he survived against DD and Jozu. All he did was get tackled by Jozu and left bleeding.

Croc>Pica but that feat you showed doesn't mean anything. Quite the opposite, it proves that even though Jozu took a point blank Sables it was still too weak to deal any damage to him.
