Is Sakura faster than Kakashi?

So after reading a comment on a thread regarding the speed of team 7, I come across an interesting comment:

Sakura is faster than Kakashi.

I then proceed to tell her she is completely wrong that Sakura is faster than Kakashi.

So, I'm asking everyone now, is Sakura faster than Kakashi?

Things to keep in mind:
-Kakashi has been shown to keep up with 6G Gai, speed blitzing multiple V2 Jinchuuriki.
- Kakashi was able to turn his head and mentally react to Juubi Jin Madara running towards him at full speed
- He was able to draw a kunai and save Obito (a very accurate throw as well) and was able to grab a rope, throw it up with strength that surpassed the speed they were falling at, (around 9.8m/s), and catch Sakura at the same time
- Most importantly, let's not forget this:

People consider her a troll/fangirl. People know some of the stuff she is saying is not true and overrating Sakura/Tsunade. You don't actually take her seriously when she says stuff like that. This is not new to Narutobase.

That's what I'm saying, if she had speed like Kakashi, she land a lot more of CQC hits. Her defense is more of her tanking and healing but I don't think that's a good defense IMO. And nah, she wouldn't be more useful for this fight, I just meant her own potential 1 v 1s.
