Jiraiya wasn't trying to kill or harm Naruto, he had to get into extremely close range to Naruto in order to place the seal that restrains jinchuuriki. If Jiraiya had killing intent things would have gone much differently. Also he was not in Sage Mode. Killer Bee is a completely different story, read what I posted on that thread.

Nah. It's easier if he starts in SM but Jiraiya has ways to avoid being one shot.

i would let the KN4 incident go,since there isnt much evidence to use there,

Curious why do ppl think deidara is landing c4 on Gaara ?... C4 is close range and deidara already stated he would never fight Gaara close range cuz it's suicide ... Atleast for someone like him who has long range style .. The only reason he caught sasuke is cuz sasuke is close range fighter something Gaara is not also Gaara can use sand. Sensing

Gaara has shown to fight more with his mind rather then throwing sand around and has become quite the tactical fighter... Deidara little tricks won't work as they did in past because of this (and his sand sending so no sneaking in bombs in sand) and there's no village to distract Gaara with so how is deidara beating Gaara?
Lastly deidara called his strongest bomb suicide but manda skin tanked it ... So I dnt c anything Gaara throws at Gaara getting through his defense ....

I say deidara stops at kisame or bee but if he somehow makes it to gaara he's not beating current war arc Gaara ...
