Best Character Development

I greatly enjoyed Kabuto's development.

Don't you think his back story kinda ruined Kabuto's character? Like he was a mysterious and smart alec character before. Yet now he is nothing but a cry baby with a bad past.

She used to be a silly girl competing with Sakura, following boys around and stuff. Loud, noisy and irritating. But in the war arc I feel like she's gotten the biggest character developement out of all characters (besides Kabuto). She matured, faced her fears and emotions when she fought Asuma. Went through an emotional crisis when her father got killed, most likely became the strongest Yamanaka alive, saved the Alliance a few times and connected minds of hundreds of thousands shinobi simultanoeusly. And despite all this, she still remained an innocent girl with dreams and her pure love for Sasuke.

From seeing so little of Ino and still being able to make this assesment. I got to say I am quiet impressed.

His backstory is what makes him such an incredible character. You'd be a crybaby too if you're mother tried to murder you because she didn't recognize you and you had to kill her in self defense. Kabuto yearned for what we all get at an early age. An identity.

I enjoyed Madara's development.

Raised up in a war torn world, and being the strongest was the only way to survive.

Seeing how flawed the world is, and how it bares too much hurt and pain, he wanted to create a dream world. Kinda awesome, I like it

Naruto, Kakashi and Gaara all had great development, Sasuke was decent too.
