of how slow Sasuke is by comparison to Minato and Tobirama. Hell, even Hashirama and Hiruzen arrived sooner than him. That's not to say Sasuke is slow, but let's get some things clear, stronger eyes don't make him faster.

I've seen some of the dumbest shit when it comes to Sasuke's speed. You have asshats claim he's as fast if not faster than KCM Naruto and BM Naruto. That makes no sense whatsoever, and of course, is never backed up by any evidence because there is no such evidence.

The fact Kishimoto chose to give Sasuke a teleportation jutsu should be telling.

It's also far better than manga because it can more accurately portray speeds and such because it has time. The manga is just drawn pages.

If you properly read the manga, you should see he is still ONE of the fastest shinobi even before the Rikudo powerup. His feats and praise from renowned shinobi just support that fact.

Indeed, Sasuke is actually very fast without Shunshin though. It's kinda funny that everyone forgot about Sasuke without MS and EMS, since he had one of the fastest speed during the time he fought against Team Yamato, nuff said.
