I wonder if people still claims that his Space Time Barrier got faster because he is an Edo? But the fact is, how long did Guy open the 6th Gate against Kisame for the 2nd time with Lee, Neji and Tenten, WHILE the 3rd time he opened it so fast?

So, perhaps Minato can determine how quickly it pulls something in with the amount of chakra he uses too. And I doubt the barrier was stronger than when he's alive than now since Tobirama commented they were below their full power while alive.

Well, let me tell you this... The Space-Time Barrier can affect his chakra by requiring an amount based on how large the target is like Juubi's attack. Even though, Minato can decide how quickly it pulls something in with the amount of chakra he uses to teleport it away, and it is not because of Edo tensei. Kishi needs to explain every jutsus like Itachi's Yata Mirror and Guy's 8th Gate.

Tobirama even stated that they were not 100% at their full power, then it means around 92-93% as an Edo.
