How in the world did kaguya conceive her children? Who is the father of these children? Is it the tree? Maybe this will be explained in the manga

It was confirmed Kaguya doesnt reproduce naturally when Zetsu confirmed hagoromo doesnt know they're brothers. Zetsu was born just before she was sealed if it a normal human reproduction hamura and hagoromo would have noticed her pregnant body.. Thats why hagoromo said to naruto he is kind of an alien because he isnt a human being entirely.
