It's still part of his arsenal and each power does something drastically different, such as magnet release sealing or stream release super strength, even if they come from the tailed beast that doesn't make them any less versatile. Much more so than most ppl in the manga, Sasuke has no where near the amount of options and coverage Naruto has in battle.

Alright, but sasuke is still more diversed than naruto, lets be real, naruto pretty much use one type of fighting style while sasuke use many(not counting ms sasuke), i'm not saying naruto is not as diverse but he cant utilize it like sasuke making sasuke the more diversed one

The snakes were Orochimaru's powers. Before that he was not using snakes. He can summon Manda because its a summoning technique. Stop adding fanfic into this.
I can categorize susanoo, genjutsu, amaterasu, enton all into one category "eye techniques" since they are all in the end eye techniuqes
And i can also categorize sasuke's raiton and katon into one category "elemental release" since people are trying to shove different techniques like these into one, even though they couldnt be more different

but he never summoned a snake untill he had orochimaru absorbed too right?
proof that he still has his snake techs: in his fight with itachi, he used orochimaru replacement tech without using orochimaru power because it was after he used kirin that orochimaru asked him to use his power
