It is randoms. And they aren't irrelevant since 1) They will set up more markings for FTG. 2) They carry infinite explosion to deal with PS defense power.

Tobirama can make up his little inferior speed with better sensing and better reactions then Minato.

It comes down to damage output. Do you believe a single punch from Senpō: Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju is superior, equal, or inferior to a single explosion from Gojō.

There we can calculate if it is able to replicate the same as what Shin Sūsenju was able to do to Susanoo.
