Robin took several beatings while chained from Spandam, and also I believe a little bit of Funkfreed to the side. She also took a little bit of physical beating by Yama while she was trying to protect the ruins.

Nami took Doublefinger's spike to the foot. She took a Shigan to the shoulder.

That's about it. But yeah, you can blame it on Shonen women are weak cliche, or Male writing story doesn't want to appear abusive to females, or Fanservice is outranking legitimate fighting.... or... uhhh... One Piece females just know how to dodge

Perhaps it's not very appealing to have the male main characters tend to hurt women (enemy or not). They only attack female characters for a reason, which is a concrete one. Besides, duh, Strawhats aren't the type of normal pirates whom love bullying, probably even more so on women. Sanji is an exaggerate and extreme example of a man loves woman to the point of worshiping. I do get annoyed with Sanji vs Kalifa, but well, that shows how much he cares for female race.
