I see this is an exceptionally common phrase, especially as of late with Naruto dwarfing Sasuke, for Sasuke fanboys to yelp amidst nearly every thread. But, this has been the case since Hebi Sasuke and yet, here we are, still waiting for light to shine on Sasuke to prove his hype.
Fanboys cried to the heavens above, waiting for Sasuke to fight Itachi and prove his worth. Then Kishimoto told us Itachi was on his deathbed, blind, and let Sasuke win. "More feats will come! You'll see he's truly superior now with Itachi's eyes!" was the sentiment echoed time and time again.
What happens? Killer Bee drops a nuclear bomb on Sasuke twice, requiring his team to pull his fat out of the fire several times. "He's new to his MS and hasn't mastered his powers, his time will come!" was all I read in the threads foretelling Sasuke's future skill. Then comes the Kage Summit where he was manhandled by every single Kage, only to be saved by Taka, Zetsu, and Tobi himself.
Next up: Danzo. Quite a bit plot took effect, such as when Sasuke was trapped in the seal and about to be beheaded, but Danzo took no action. Or how Sasuke pulled a hawk summon out of his ass. Wasn't a great showing, but wasn't bad either. Still, nothing of the merit of which the fans wanted, that's for sure.
EMS follows... but strangely, nothing happens despite the "
Let's be honest... Uchiha brothers vs Kabuto was 100% Itachi vs Kabuto. Itachi had to babysit him the entire time and protect him for the White Rage Jutsu, all the while prepping Izanami and keeping up the pressure. Sasuke's contribution was firing a couple Susanoo arrows off target. His presence was not needed, just as it is not needed now bar the magic seal that comes from his palm.
Sage power ups follow, but Sasuke's only notable feat was blitzing Madara opposed to Naruto's lengthy list like chopping down the God Tree with 1 single attack, punting a Gudo Dama, taking Limbo clones full on with sensor skills alone, and the BJDFRS/Barrage blew Sasuke's feat out of the water. Since then, Naruto has only added to his resume by reacting to moves that Sasuke was trashed with (twice, once with intel even), causing the only damage to Kaguya, forced a retreat... need I recount everything? We all read the chapters, no?
While SASUKE... well, suffice it to say his Perfect Susanoo does not live up to its name after the thrashing it's received. What am I getting at? There's a pattern... Sasuke has never shown any exemplary battle feats because, bluntly, he's not that great of a fighter. He required ridiculous PIS, immense back-up, or hand out victories to compete.
In conclusion, I've been waiting for, what, 7 years now for this? And it's not even like Part 1 was Sasuke-centric where he was battered by Gaara, Rock Lee, Itachi, Naruto, Kakashi, even the anime filler team had Sasuke getting the business. Alas, his ever-persistent fans will continue praying for daylight, I suppose. Color me surprised.

TL;DR -
Sasuke hasn't shown us good feats or proven to be a capable ninja on his own until this point, what makes you think it'll change now? The damage has been done and at this point in the story, it won't be getting much, if any, better. The only solace now can come from Naruto vs Sasuke and more PIS, but good luck with that being your saving grace.
