Why is there no one who plays Yugioh anymore? ( NO childhood )

I have seen people playing Yugioh and some others do not play Yugioh neither in real life or online.
I don't see why people doesn't like Yugioh because they think card game is just for children, however I still disagree, even though Yugioh is unlike other card games like Duel Masters, Pokemon, Magic etc...

People often menioned that they played when they were little, and now most people quit playing Yugioh. For me, I play Yugioh, but my point is why is there no one who actually play yugioh this lately because new animes takes over the world?

Any thoughts?

1 - is for childrens.

2 - it's boring.

3 - new animes are taking over.

and 4th - they have a life.

but then again , i'm telling you this bc this is actually the thoughts of other persons , not mine.

mine is just... it's boring and i don't hv time for that.

I played it in my teen years but I don't see any reason too play it anymore.

People change interests overtime. I used to be a big Yu-Gi-Oh Fanatic last year. I even had a Dueling Network account to play, but since the September Format, I was on a rut, or basically losing so much, so I decided to quit.

I still play the games I like and I have deck, albeit thrown together, ready to go whenever.

I still play Yu gi oh Joey passion on pc.
It's the best Yu gi oh game.

I stopped when I was younger because I didn't want to pay money for those cards. Games took my money and then shopping, activities, going out, etc. took my money in middle school and up. I didn't know there was an online simulator for yugioh though.
