That logic would work on normal circumstances. Right now the power Kakashi has did not come from a normal circumstances. The only draw back I see of this power is that Kakashi will lose it after. I don't see him falling to the floor like you say he will. If that were to happen I don't think Kishi would give him this power. Right now he is fighting as if he was a born Uchiha. After these powers leave him he will be a normal ninja with no special qualities.
