That doesnt mean he knows the seals. Madara has fought tobirama plenty and havin the sharigan helps you memorize hand seals.

When has he fought Tobirama plenty when it was Hashirama vs Madara and Tobirama vs Izuna in all the fights? Also if Madara is going to know the hand signs then how would he know about an Edo Tensei being able to break free by knowing the hand signs? Clearly an Edo Tensei had to break free which Hashirama would have seen as Madara as they fought. After the fighting Hashirama would ask Tobirama what happened and get all the details there. Hashirama did tell Tobirama he shouldn't have made the jutsu so he knows how it works and the requirements for it as well.

You do realize killing the jutsu caster of Edo Tensei doesn't free the Edo's right? It just ensures the victory. Orochimaru could easily place the talisman in Hashirama anyways.
