The first one makes perfect sense. A god Complex and Hax powers? Why train? In enels case its cause you got man handled by luffy even though you should have won...

The second one is gekko moria

Both were just introduced too early without proper expansion like other fruits. He's left both of them alive so far, I hope he's able to bring them back better than before. Cause I felt like both of those characters should have been more OP than they let on.

yea exactly that's why it probably had to be restricted on a character that is not so impressive non DF-wise

I wouldn't call them wasted. Enel was the final boss in one saga and so was Moria. Besides, Moria was a warlord along with being a rival of a yonko. Although he slacked off by the time we saw him in the series.

I would say Kilo Kilo Fruit and Bomb Bomb Fruit were the most wasted. The Kilo Fruit could be used like Gear 3rd (the weight increased to tonnes just before a punch lands) not to mention the user can float at will. The Bomb Fruit also provides potentially devastating melee fighting abilities and even range abilities. But look what happened to the users.

But I guess Oda can't make every DF user OP. That would require more time and space. And One Piece is already long enough.

Your prime is usually your mid 30s. Once you hit 40 your past your prime and its downhill from there.

Enel's fruit is wasted if he doesn't improve his durabiltiy and combat abilities. I see Enel returning and controlling the world's technology with his lightning. I hope he fights Kizaru if that happens.

Moriah can't take the shadows of those with good haki. If that wasn't the case then he would've took Jimbe's and everyone else's shadows from the get-go. I see Moriah returning for the Kaido arc as Luffy's ally and then being killed off by Blackbeard for his shadow fruit.

Light wieght for speed and heavy punches. If the user was more physical of a fighter it coould be a devastating fruit.
If haki was used and the fist was made to be the wieght of a battle ship I dont see anyone taking it and living

Idk about the other one Explosions can be tanked by most characters in one piece.
