Let's look at it like this Ay Charges in Mu takes flight and turns invisible Mei Sprays her Hidden Mist:Technique while the others are at the back Seeing this as a chance Mu fires a Jinton at Ay but the Technique gives himself away And get's dodged By Ay.Tsunade will then tell Ay what's

Happening(Tactic.Chase him down and don't let him turn invisible) Ay goes V2 and chases him down with Ohnoki on his back firing Jinton at Mu while Mei and Tsunade are on Katsuyu Tsunade enhances Mei's water Style this will force Mu to evade Jinton and Water barrage.
He will eventually get thrown down by water style and disintegrated by Jinton.

and to destroy the clam they need to locate it, which is not happening since the entire team would be under the genjutsu the moment its summoned,
