Well, Danzo was using it when he was elected for Hokage, right? and then at the Gokage summit? Or am I mistaken about the first one? But, that time was really short, like a week or maybe not even that. He could almost use it again when fighting Sasuke, but decided he might need it against Tobi. I'm pretty sure it would be roughly the same as any other MS doujutsu, have possible a slightly longer recharge time if in the Original body, add Hashi cells and you could use it even quicker.

just like Kakashi hides his eye, he can't turn it off and it will only use up his chakra in vain.

Danzo should've been able to use it approximately once a week... or else they wouldn't use the term "can't e used multiple times in a SINGLE DAY."

To add to what you've said that would mean he could use it once every day. Still OP as ****! By that logic as said below, the original doujutsu user + Hashiroids he could use it extremely frequently.

Madara has Hashiramas face implanted on his chest plus he's an Uchiha,so probably an hour or two.
