At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside.

wrong. You just changed the surroundings, nothing more. So she can do that.

Also, if you are already inside of the prison you cant escape using substituition jutsu. You could used it when you were about to be trapped, but once trapped that doesnt work.
