1.Sasuke himself disagree of Kabutos feat of dodging the arrow, so that argument is thrown out (lol hiding from the sharingan, like the cave is going to help). You used a distraction as your proof that he caught him in the open so that doesn't support at all.

2. Its impossible to run from sound especially when the opponent can move with it.

3. Shockwaves travel on a focus energy output, at least to what Susanoo does and does not going cover the sound all around you so no thats not perfect at all.

So no none of these counters are near perfect

I would think that if the rock was actually in the way or if Sasuke never said anything about the arrow being dodged. Speed and reactions are too different things so I don't see where you are trying to prove. Susanoo does not move quicker then Kabuto. Even the Gokage can deal with its speed individually. Susanoo just has impressive leap feats. Lets look at another point of view via your shockwave counter: If hidden mist were to continuously be produce, will a slash sword be able to blow away the mist? Sound doesn't travel straight, thats an illogical response and lacking in science department. You post it yourself that Temari blew away air all around her and you think shockwaves are going to do the same?
