I don't know. In theory chidori should kill near immediately or be a quick death. Rasengan hits with a spiral of chakra so, it probably wouldn't be a quick death (relatively quick but slower than a chidori stab), either way I wouldn't want to get hit by either.

Chidori kills the target in less then a second if executed correctly.
Rasengan twists the insides and doesn't look very instantaneous to me.

I'll go with Rasengan.

Chidori cuts through cleanly and should technically be instant death once it does.
