Could Sasuke Supress Naruto's Bijuu?

As we know Naruto right now is much stronger than Sasuke ,because of the 9 bijuus helping him.

We also know that 3T Sasuke managed to supress a part of the Kyuubi and EMS Madara managed to supress the entire Kyuubi. In other words

3T > Part of Kyuubi

EMS > Kyuubi

,but what about Sasuke Sharinnegan thats at least 2 notches on top of EMS? I think its safe to say that his eye will be key against IT so do you think that Sasuke's eye can supress 9 bijuus?
