The tsukuyomi used on sasuke was not the same one used on kakashi... a genjutsu cant be broken in a split seconds o tsukuyomi is unbreakable... Sasuke was hit by a weaker version one thats breakable

sasuke countered itachis 3t genjutsu multiple times at the beginning of the fight and later broke tsukuyomi with a 3t. izanami needs physical contact multiple times that wont work on obito.
