How can Obito defeat Itachi?

For 1, we don't know if KA was within its 10 yr time radius (which I think it was) so the move couldn't be used. Itachi himself said he knew KA had a 10 yr charge time yet it wasn't even his MS. He probably knew cause he tried before, Itachi would try to manipulate "Madara" if he could but probably wasn't able to. Either way, KA is a cop out since it is for Shisui and was only given the command to "Protect Konoha".

And Itachi isn't faster than Kamui. He could probably take time to study it and then make a good counter at one point but Obito can finish him before that happens.

itachi isn't fast he was slower than hebi sasuke being edo doesn't change his speed. and kamui snipe took the gedo mazos arm while it was being summoned.

is this a joke? he didn't keep up with naruto he did a preemptive strike and naruto didn't even use any rasengans and in the end he had to run. didn't keep up with bee either he was running away because he knew he couldn't counter the 7 swords.
