How will all the people be released from the infinite tsukuyomi?

Title says all but i have a little more to say. Sasuke says "A genjutsu created with an rinnegan can probably be canceled by another rinnegan.."

Now, maybe further on in the manga(when its about to finish) sasuke could possibly reverse the infinite tsukuyomi with his rinnegan because "a genjutsu created with an rinnegan can probably be canceled by another rinnegan" and release all the people who were under the genjutsu. Now if this were supposed to happen how will sasuke reverse/stop/cancel, or in other words, how will he execute the reversing of the genjutsu? will he have to start another infinite tsukuyomi to end the genjutsu? will he have to be like madara or kaguya or will he have to be the host of the jubi to end the genjutsu?

...

and if its not sasuke to release them under the genjutsu, WHO do you think will release them all and HOW? hmm

they will release the people in it from the effect
