Konan was only able to perform such an attack and do so much damage to Obito because she had prepared it for him. With prep time, any character is able to defeat other characters outside of their tier, or do a lot of damage in Konan's case.

- Tsunade makes mass production of poisons.. that by itself could've solo'd the akatsuki.

Akatsuki were only good because they picked out things. They never had a chance against the BIG 5...

People will bring the "Pain destroyed Konoha argument".. No he picked out a tactic that would f*ck up any country.. however, other villages if they knew the akatsuki's spots, could very well do the same. Doesn't take much to assassinate people in Naruto-verse.

So a group of 10 people didn't conquer The 5 Great Shinobi nations with thousands perhaps hundred-thousands of Shinobi including Kages because of plot?

If they began got 2 nations for example then the others would know something was going on and strengthen their defense.

And Tobi did control Yagura and lead the Mist Village as it's leader hence the Bloody Mist Village days,and he did try Destorying Konoha.

The only one that could possibly take out an entire village by themselves was Nagato.
The rest are just some random jonin-level fodders.

Obito controd Yagura while he had a bijuu inside him,and he nearly destory the leaf by taking control of another bijuu,the nine tails.He could destory villages.

Every member of the Akatsuki are above jonin level - they are S-Class.

Sasori took at 2 Kazekages himself.Deidara took out Gaara who was with a bijuu,Kakauzu fought Hashirama and survived ,and kisame has bijuu level chakra

You need to define village. Do you mean the physical village itself, or do you mean the citizens of the village? Also not every village in Naruto is on Konoha's level or the main hidden villages, so I find it very possible for multiple Akatsuki member to take out "villages" on their own.

Deidara could easily blow up an entire village along with all the civilians. Nothing is stopping Kisame from flooding a village and having his sharks take out villagers, Sasori and his army of puppets could take out a village easily as well, etc

Not only. They didn't, because Akatsuki's purpose was originally one of a mercenary group, they would lend their strength/Biju's strength to nations for money.

But, if they did so choose, they could take them all over. You're highly overestimating the nations, "hundred-thousands" of Shinobi means nothing, since it's pretty much proven that nameless Shinobi can only throw Kunais and maybe do a C-rank elemental Jutsu. This is evident throughout the entire war, mostly in the Madara vs Alliance fight, where pretty much everyone except the Kages and Naruto's clone died.
