About Kamui, Kotoamatsukuyomii, there i only one way for any skilled Hyuuga to win. Skilled Hyuuga has to shoot vacuum palm projectile but instead of hand straight from fingers and hit Kamui or KA user in optical nerve in their eyes so it break eyes from chakra flow, forcing sharingan to shut down.

However it would border with impossible stuff as Hyuuga would have to be very fast and precise to make it in time. This or Hyuuga would need huge amount of chakra to unleash barrage of such projectiles to make Uchiha unable to dodge.
