The manga said that kamui isn't physical attack ,it is untouchable that is why it was able to warp the gudomas away ,and gudomas wasn't able to cancel it

Nagato can also get additional hands via Asura path, to stop Obito from using Kamui on him, when they are close. If obito uses Susanoo, though, then Obito stomps..., but a single MS Obito has no chance of winning.
