*sigh* always brinnging in the summons, this is a pure all out battle without any damn summons. Amatarasu is countered via Kaiten, similar mechanics to shinra tensei since the chakra emits from his body. pretty good raiton techs? Byakugan senses every single one. Its full knowledge

Give me one good reason, just one, to make me think Neji stands a chance against a guy who basically soloed Naruto, Sakura, Sai and Yamato.
