Well Muu gets raped if he stays on the ground so he'll be forced to fly away. Sakura and Tsunade can try jumping and Mei can spit out water dragons towards the ground to propel herself in the air. I doubt any of this attempts will work in catching Muu but it puts him on the defensive. Konan's flight speed is inferior to Muu's but her paper projectiles can keep Muu on the defensive just like the others.

Muu's best bet would be to fly away beyond reach but if that happens, he can't fight either especially when Mei uses her hidden mist to blind Muu which means he won't be able to aim his jinton properly. He does have sensory abilities though.

Close matchup, don't know who takes this. I'm going to say Muu high difficulty.
