no, they never release the staff for OP/ED's ahead of time, only the song and band names.

Hirofumi Suzuki does most of the openings so it might be him (he did OP 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14

Endings are impossible to make a guess because tons of different people do them

I don't know about the animation, but I know that the opening song, and ending song will be announced on September or the end of august at the official Naruto website

Thanks for the details man, as always. I'm ****ing hyped for tonight's episode (Minato's boss appearance) and I'm also looking forward to the Kakashi vs. Obito episode just because Hiroyuki Yamashit is the animation director of that episode. Hopefully he adds some nice filler, fighting scenes. Though, I prefer if he animated Juubito's appearance and fight against the SA instead since that fight is way more epic than the Kakashi vs. Obito one.

I wonder if that mecha naruto special will be two canon episodes with those game like things they sometimes did. I don't know how to call it, for example back in part 1 that episode with Kakashi getting a tape right before they enter the forest of death.
