He "was" going blind...that was 30 sum chaps ago...the fact is it EMS was never needed if he tend to let Kakashi spam one move anyways.

At least give him some variations.

EDIT: CM does less help than it seems. It drains chakra rapidly plus he was using 3 tomoe and or more than 3 chidori's...he was basically dying faster than Narudo could heal.

It was also unneeded and a nerf towards sasuke as he was rapidly using it like there was no restrictions.
