There are a lot of underated jutsus that could destroy any character in Naruto because they attack at the cellular level. Only OP people can counter these jutsu and without prior knowledge of the jutsu they're most likely doomed. Here are the most OP but Underrated Jutsu in Naruto in order by power level and effectiveness.
#1. Particle Style: Atomic Dismantling Jutsu - (Used by Onoki and 2nd Tsuchikage) Destroys people at the cellular level and turns them into "space dust". Sasuke almost got caught in this and if he had he would've been toast. Not that many counters too this jutsu and can span a wide range/has a lot of accuracy.
#2. All Killing Ash Bones - (Used by Kaguya) Once again destroys people completely. Lots of accuracy and really high speed jutsu. Effects have been seen on Naruto Clone and killed Obito Uchiha at a pretty rapid pace. Even more formidable because Naruto couldn't heal Obito even though Naruto now has a remarkable healing ability.
#3. C4 Karura - (Used by Deidara) Destroys at the atomic level as seen in the fight where he used it against Sasuke. (Come to think of it all 3 of these cellular destroying jutsu have been used towards Sasuke, guess people really want Sasuke gone for good) Anyways very OP jutsu. Sends out micro bombs that cannot be seen by the naked eye. Destroys people from the inside without leaving a trace.
So as I said, these jutsu are very OP because they don't really have a counter to them but, Deidara's Karura does have a weakness to lightning and the atomic dismantling jutsu/ash killing bones can be dodged and avoided. But these jutsu are very powerful as they are fast, effective, and strong. 3 OP jutsu that can kill almost about any character especially OP ninja such as Itachi, Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and basically everyone else from the Narutoverse. Your thoughts please.
