Wally is planning to attack Batman, but Bruce knows three months in advance and anyone under his influence in the movies (Such as the police, Alfred, et ctera,) are at his disposal to use. In light hearted or darker manners.


The Flash does NOT know where Bruce is at first. Bruce keeps tabs on Wally at all times. Who wins this fight?
