Are the anime on drugs to put girly eyelashes on obito's eyes?
First when he appeared after his mask broke:

I mean wtf ?? If its the same animator there's no problem he may like eyelashes but each episode had different animator it seems the director of Naruto Shippuden Wants obito to have eyelashes lol.
And Madara's maskara?

The anime has 2 character designers, Hirofumi Suzuki & Tetsuya Nishio, so one of them did that for some reason and all the animators have to follow that design... I don't know why they did that because they are both very good artists
