What do you guys think about pain compared itachi?

Itachi beats both Nagato and the Paths.​

If SM Naruto can beat him then m sure Itachi is stronger !!

Granted Naruto really only beat pain due to:
1. Pain wasn't trying to kill. If he was the fight would have been over in an instant
2. Naruto had Sage Chakra, something Pain didn't anticipate when he started absorbing Naruto's chakra
3. Naruto had Kurama to save his ass when Naruto lost
4. Naruto had intelligence on every Pain's abilities


If we're talking about Pain vs Itachi as they were in the manga, Pain would win. Itachi had too many limitations due to his illness to really put up a fight against all six Pain at once.

Have you forgotten Edo Itachi has no MS drawbacks? This is alive Itachi is he going to use Amaterasu on all the summons? Do you realize how many times Itachi can use Amaterasu when he's alive? 4 times and that's being generous.

I agree, Itachi can use Amaterasu on the summons but my point still stands he will be overwhelmed pretty quickly on summons alone.

This battle has been done a few times already. The only thing that would kill Itachi would be CT, but Itachi already has full knowledge on that and already canonically analyzed it and exploited its weakness. Itachi wins against both high difficulty.​

Only point number 1 Makes a little sense ! Rest of them Itachi could've countered ! I agree that Itachi was being restricted throughout the series with lack of body stamina ! But he could've taken pain down with the result being a lot of damage or maybe .. maybe death but would've taken pain with him !! I would Atleast say that Itachi = Pain !!

See that's not the point !! I was just answering ur fact to itachi not having any counter to summons !! A battle doesn't depends on Summons !! If he simply burns the user down .. there wouldn't be any summons !!

Itachi can strike the core with Yasaka Beads prior to it becoming as big as it did against Naruto. If not, I'm pretty sure rapidly spinning chakra blades can strike through some rock and soil and manage to strike the core. On a side note, Chouji solos both.​

It depends which path, offensive or defensive, you pit against Itachi. If a single path on its own then Itachi stands a chance. Thing is Animal Path on its own would prove too much for Itachi. U_U
