We have got many instances where hypes are created for a very long time about a particular thing and then all it turns out to be nothing at the end?

Though there are many examples, I would like to raise a question which caught my attention recently..
Like, Madara was OP and was the only one to be able to make perfect Susano because he was Indra's reincarnation. And now we see that Sasuke can do it too.

Kakashi is not an incarnation or anything and seems to have low chakra reserves himself too, he also does not have Senju body transplant like with Sasuke. The how is he able to use the perfect susano?

So Kakashi is as strong as Indra?
