The time no one knew that whether sasuke's Ability is S/T jutsu or swapping places.

When Kishi showed us that sasuke's S/T jutsu requires Cool down after every 2-3 times of usage and his S/T jutsu covers short range with slow ass striking attack then 99.99% of this base agreed on that sasuke's S/T jutsu is not even fast U_U.

Naruto and Madara was able to react to sasuke's S/T .Please stop denying manga facts U_U

Sound Genjutsu can also counter PS by putting sasuke into eternal Genjutsu

Rinnegan and Sharingan covers only the area of sight while SM allows user to cover whole area which their eyes can't even be able see.SM also covers blind spots unlike Rinnegan or sharingan.

SM gives his users the perceptual ability by which they can dodge and react against any jutsu instantly

Madara got amazed just because he didn't know sasuke's Rinnegan ability otherwise sasuke would be dead.

I don't even think its fair to compare the two yet. Since the time Sasuke got his new powers, he hasn't been able to show off his full powers in the same manner Naruto has. The only problem i think sasuke will have is dealing with sound genjutsu but i think current sasuke can easily teleports to safety.

If we talk about EMS sasuke, it depends on the location.

At that time , they were in a cave so sasuke could not use his legged susano and his mobility was greatly restricted.
Also, since it was an enclosed space,the sound genjutsu was more beneficial than what it could do in an open area.

If i recall, kabuto also had suigetsu's dna in him which gave him ability to transform into water.
This automatically makes him vulnerable to raiton, something sasuke excels at.

Also , oral rebirth only counters amaterasu, i don't see how it can counter enton kagutsuchi.
