Kabuto is still one of the top shinobi , but if they are playing to kill/win here, Sasuke always aims to kill his opponent unless he needs them for something afterwards, and Sasuke knows most of Kabuto's jutsu after battling him, except MandaIIclone, so Sasuke's new rinnegan jutsu will provide Sasuke with a win if he doesn't screw his moves up. Unless Kabuto comes to the field with Edo already summoned , Sasuke would most likely win 1 vs 1.

Kaguya clearly sensed S/T attack of sasuke and DSM kabuto who have great Sensory abilities along with Perceptual ability can dodge sasuke's S/T attack.

Susanoo arrows are fast but Sasuke's S/T is instant. Naruto and Madara > Kabuto in terms of sensing. So how does Kabuto react to Sasuke's S/T when Naruto and Madara couldn't?

Though you could say Naruto wasn't able to stop flipping, but he still could have used chakra arms to grab Sasuke so Sasuke wouldn't have needed to grab his foot, but that's only if he had sensed Sasuke coming from behind.

without Et Ems sasuke solos, he swings his ps blade kabuto dies. standing soosano counters sound gen as sasuke can easily jump out of range, he caught sasuke and itachi quickly because they were in a cave, doubt it would be much effective in an open field were sasuke can jump out of range. sasuke uses enton on the battlefield to limit kabutos movement and can take him out with v3 soosano slashes or ps slash. no need for current sasuke.

Hakugeki jutsu can destabilize sasuke's PS just like it destabilize sasuke's MS Susanoo.

Sound Genjutsu can also counter PS by putting sasuke into eternal Genjutsu

Rinnegan and Sharingan covers only the area of sight while SM allows user to cover whole area which their eyes can't even be able see.SM also covers blind spots unlike Rinnegan or sharingan.

SM gives his users the perceptual ability by which they can dodge and react against any jutsu instantly
