Not even a kakashi fan but with a kamui Ps if he can do that hes unstoppable even with little stamina. Kishi really messed up with this power up its too op if he can use kamui and its random.

Everyone but kaguya because all she needs is her chakra fist whatever you call it.
Kakashi>naruto, sasuke, madara, minato, itachi etc

Naruto defeats him low to med diff tho. His super quick reflexes enhanced with senjutsu chakra puts him on top of pretty much everyone in NV. Even minato in base mode was fast enough to escape from kamui. Current naruto is tiers above him. Maybe sasuke would be a fair matchup to current kakashi IMO.
