Without edo tensei he beats him mid to high diff with edo tensei he stomps hard.

Most of kabutos abilities can't be countered by sasuke but on the other hand Kabuto can counter everything sasukes has.

2. Amaterasu
Could cause problems here and there mainly because of Enton but can be countered head on with shedding skin.

3. Shift jutsu sword skill physical attacks. All countered with suigetsu's ability. Raiton could pose a threat but throw Karin's healing and juugo clans abilities into the mix it won't be too much of a problem.

4. Susanoo..gets two paneled with this jutsu. It also lets Kabuto move while others can't.

Also not to mention the physical strength boost and speed Kabuto gets while in SM could easily cut someone in half.

I wouldn't call sasukes upgrade useless but rather ineffective against Kabuto who can counter everything he has with ease.

Kabuto is strong but he has many weakness against Sharingan. If Sasuke or Itachi fight serious, Kabuto will lose, but if Sasuke understemate him, probably Kabuto can take this.

Why? It should be common sense to everyone that Sasukes new jutsu babyshakes Kabuto. He can't sense something that is instant and dodge it, he isn't Kaguya. Itachi already told EMS Sasuke that he shall hold back so that he won't kill Kabuto

Sadly, yes I did read the OP. The OP is completely one sided.

Susanoo isn't even needed. Naruto and even Madara(who both have the best sensing in the manga) couldn't react to Sasuke's S/T. How does Kabuto?

Sasuke's speed has increased a hell of a lot since the power up, I doubt Kabuto could keep up (if this was countered in original post, my bad)
Plus his intelligence. He has taken on Kabuto before, so he would know how to counter most of the attacks
